About the School
New England Montessori School offers half-day and full-day preschool programs for children 2.9 and older.
Half-Day morning programs are 3 ½ hours.
Full-Day programs are 7 hours.
The school features four preschool classrooms, and the teacher-student ratios vary due to the size of each classroom.
- 9 children and two teachers
- 10 children and two teachers
- 14 children and two teachers
- 10 children and two teachers (designed for children whom are 4.5 and 5 years old)
In addition to the classrooms, NEMS has an outdoor playground equipped for preschoolers. Children are given recess time in the playground each day. We also have use of an indoor gym in our bulding when the weather is not suitable for going outside.
